Our story
Built in production, on purpose.
Sentic started in 2025 with a single, stubborn question: why does enterprise AI demo so well and ship so badly? Most of what we saw was theatre: slick dashboards, slide-deck pilots, nothing that survived contact with a real workload.
So we built the opposite. An engineering-led company with deployed-first products, and a refusal to ship anything we wouldn't run ourselves. Taktume came first: a real AI interviewer for candidates who needed honest practice, not a chatbot. Then Taktume Recruit, because the same hiring teams kept asking us for the other side of the conversation.
Every contract is signed by an engineer who will also ship the fix. Privacy is the default, not a feature. We don't train on customer data. It's written into the contract, not buried in a footer.
